### SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping with us! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
#### Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
#### Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* **Standard Delivery Time:** 3 to 5 business days after processing.
* Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or extreme weather.
#### Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
#### Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at xaviostore12@gmail.com so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
